I love this activity and it works for a range of ages. I use this with these fabulous wooden eggs from Hobby Craft (no affiliate I just love them!) If not just print out this free printable and you are ready to go.
The idea is that you hide the coloured eggs around your search area. With each egg you leave a matching felt tip pen. The child has a hunt sheet. When they find a coloured egg, they then colour the egg on their sheet with the pen by the egg. By the end of the hunt the child should have 12 different coloured eggs on their sheet.
It’s up to you whether you then want to offer a prize for finding all the eggs!
