Alternative pronunciation of ‘u’ word building

Description

This free printable allows children to independently work on the alternative pronunciation of the ‘u’ sound.  Cut out the pictures, letters and words.  First the children need to match the picture to the word.  Next, they need to match the meaning.  Finally, they can build the word using the letter provided.

Each sound is isolated to focus on the learning.  The printable can then also be printed out as a check for the child to see if they have got it correct.
